About the Group
Holgate Scout group is a large group based in the historic city of York. York consists of two Scouting districts - Ebor and Minster. Our group is on the South side of the river Ouse and so is classed as Ebor district. We are based at Holgate Methodist Church.Holgate Scout group was formed many years ago and has grown quickly ever since. The group now boasts 2 Beaver colonies, 2 Cub packs, a Scout troop and an Explorer unit.
